Premise

The work that falls outside ends up in spreadsheets, message threads and people's memory. It stays there because building software for it has never been worth what it costs.

Approach

Applications are built on top of the systems a company already runs, using the data and the permissions that are already there. Nothing is copied out and nothing is rebuilt.

Deployment, access, versions, limits and audit belong to the platform rather than to whoever wrote the application. What is left to build is the part that is actually specific to the company.

Who builds

We build the first applications ourselves. After that, the people who already sell and support software for a company are in a better position to build what it needs than we are.

Applications written from a description are a later problem.
